Dominic showed the strongest investment in preparing for the comedic play A Cold Day in Hell, even though it was unable to continue.

"Senior Spotlight: Lucas Knopf
One Word to Describe Lucas: Strong
If you’re looking for Lucas Knopf, you can usually find him where the history books are or where the heavy weights are being lifted. As he wraps up his journey with the Class of 2026, Lucas proves that a mix of physical strength and mental toughness is the perfect formula for success.
History in the Making
Lucas has always had a knack for History, but his favorite high school memories happened outside the traditional classroom. Whether he was hitting the field for football or hitting the weights during weight class with Austin, Lucas thrived on the grind. His biggest challenge was the marathon of school itself and reaching the graduation finish line, but he tackled it with the best advice he ever received: "Walk it off."
From Panama to the Autobahn
While Lucas has traveled as far as Panama, his dream vacation would take him to Germany. Closer to home, he’s happiest with a classic cheeseburger in hand and is most thankful for his Mom and Dad for their constant support.
Future Plans
Lucas is ready to get to work after graduation, with plans to become an HVAC Tech. In ten years, his goals are straightforward and honest: he wants to be having fun and earning money. With his "strong" work ethic, we have no doubt he’ll be doing exactly that.
Mentor Shout-Out
Lucas wants to give a big thank you to Mrs. Ward, Austin Fink, and Quinn McCabe for helping him along the way.
Congratulations, Lucas! We know you’ll keep things cool in your career—literally!"
-Ms. McCabe
Well, that was all for today. Make sure to stay hydrated, this was Eann, recovering from sickness still, signing off for now.

This is Eann Robinson from Klickitat bringing you a VERY late Senior Spotlight. Time slips away from you when you are swamped with work, huh? Anyways, I will be running a Senior spotlight for a couple days in a row now so... be prepared! Today's Senior Spotlight is number 3 on our list AXEL
"Senior Spotlight: Axel Sabedra 🎓
One Word to Describe Axel: Alpha
Whether he’s dominating on the field or navigating the hallways, Axel Sabedra brings a unique energy to the Class of 2026. He’s a guy who knows how to push through the grind, even when it feels like the workout—or the homework—might be the end of him.
Survival of the Fittest
Axel’s favorite subject was PE, but his classroom success came down to some very practical advice. He credits Ms. Ward for reminding him that "anything is better than a zero" and his football coach for the legendary pep talk: "You aren't going to die, even if you feel like you will." That grit helped him conquer his biggest challenge—the long list of classes required to reach graduation.
The Home Team
When it comes to memories, Axel is all about the sports, specifically the brotherhood found in football, basketball, and track. While he’s traveled as far as New York, his dream is to kick back in Jamaica. Closer to home, he’s fueled by the best: his mom’s lasagna and his dad’s BBQ steak. Axel is most thankful for his parents, his sister, his girlfriend, and his friends for keeping him grounded.
Looking Downfield
Axel is ready for the next level, planning to either take the CTE route or head off to play college football. In ten years, his goals are crystal clear: he wants to be making a lot of money and officially have a place of his own.
Mentor Shout-Out
A huge thank you to the people who kept Axel focused: Mrs. McCabe, Ms. Eldred, Ms. Ward, and Eastin Schmoker.
Congratulations, Axel! We know you’ll tackle your future with the same "alpha" energy you brought to the field."
- Ms. McCabe
Thank you yet again to Ms. McCabe for these words. This was Eann, reminding you to stay hydrated, signing off.

OWEN!!!
"Senior Spotlight: Owen Spino 🎓
One Word to Describe Owen: Nonchalant
Owen Spino might look like he takes life completely in stride, but don't let that calm exterior fool you. As he wraps up his journey with the Class of 2026, he’s proved that a cool head can lead to some seriously hot opportunities.
Courts, Calculations, and Craftsmanship
Owen found his stride in his favorite subjects, Math and Lunch (a crucial period for any growing athlete). He lives by the wise philosophy: "How do you know if you don't try?" While that mindset helped him earn multiple basketball offers—his absolute most memorable high school milestone—it did lead him to one unexpected hurdle. His biggest challenge? Crafting an actual leather belt. Turns out, leatherworking is way harder than it looks on the court!
The Master Plan
While he’s traveled as far as Minnesota, Owen’s dream vacation would take him to the sunny coasts of Greece. He’s happiest with a loaded burrito in hand and is most thankful for his friends, family, and teachers who have cheered him on along the way.
The Multi-Talented Billionaire
Owen has a busy post-graduation playbook. He plans to enter an electrician apprenticeship program before heading off to college to play basketball. In ten years, Owen expects to be working as an electrician, still hitting hoops, and—naturally—living life as a billionaire.
Mentor Shout-Out
A massive thank you goes out to Ms. Eldred and Mrs. McCabe for always guiding him in the right direction.
Congratulations, Owen! We know your future is bright enough to light up the whole gym—no matter how nonchalant you look doing it!"
- Ms. McCabe
Thank you Ms. McCabe for giving Owen this amazing Senior Spotlight. Well, that is all I have for today. This was Eann of Klickitat, reminding you to stay hydrated, signing off for now!

Good almost afternoon readers at home! It is I, Eann Robinson, back again to bring you the start of small series of broadcasts as I approach graduation! Titled "Senior Spotlight", For every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I have school for the week of May, I will give you all a small-ish section of things about one of this year's seniors.
Today's senior is... me! Let's get right into it.
Senior Spotlight: Eann Robinson (Me!)
- What's one word to describe Eann/Me? An amazing listener.
"We are incredibly proud to introduce our Class of 2026 Valedictorian, Eann Robinson! It isn’t every day you meet a top scholar whose biggest academic hurdle was simply staying entertained, but Eann has always marched to the beat of his own drum. As he prepares to graduate at the top of his class, he leaves us with a legacy of sharp wit, deep curiosity, and a top-tier appreciation for the quiet moments."
"With a passion for Forensic Science, Eann has spent his high school years looking for the details others might miss. He lives by the advice: 'Don't be afraid to read between the lines; curiosity only killed the cat's complacency.' While he’s navigated the rigors of high school with ease, his biggest challenge wasn't a difficult exam—it was battling boredom. He found the perfect cure for that in his most memorable moment: adventuring through campaigns and playing D&D with friends."
"While many dream of jet-setting, Eann’s dream vacation is simple: staying home. He likes being close to his roots and is most thankful for his environment, specifically when it’s quiet enough to think. Fueling his journey is a steady supply of macaroni and cheese, and he gives a major mentor shout-out to his father for his guidance along the way."
"Eann’s immediate post-graduation plan is one we can all get behind: sleeping in. Once he’s well-rested, he’ll be diving into the world of Robotics. Looking ten years down the line, Eann has a poetic vision for his future: 'I see a person who gets to make it home, but it is no longer the past me.'"
"Congratulations, Eann! We know your curiosity and listening skills will take you far—even if 'far' just means a really cool lab and a quiet living room."
- Ms. McCabe
Thank you Ms. McCabe for turning my random comments on a piece of paper into a written out thing for me to post!
Well, that was all for today. This was Eann Robinson of Klickitat School, reminding you to stay hydrated, signing off!
